Most podcasts die at episode seven. Usually because the format is too heavy to sustain, the interviews wander, and nobody ever told the host that the first ninety seconds lose everyone.

How we work

A coach, not a podcast network

We don't host your show, own your feed, take a cut of sponsorships or ask for any rights. Your show stays entirely yours.

What we do is listen properly every week and tell you the truth: that the intro is two minutes too long, that you interrupted three good answers, and that the format you chose is the reason editing takes six hours.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

What gear do I need?

A USB microphone in the $70–150 range and a quiet-ish room. We'll help you get the most from what you own before suggesting anything else, and we sell nothing.

Will you grow my downloads?

We'll make the show better and more findable. Nobody can promise downloads, and podcast growth is genuinely slow — we'll be honest about that.

I've already published 40 episodes.

Good — there's material to work with. Established shows usually get the fastest gains from format tightening and better openings.

Do you edit episodes for me?

No, this is coaching. We teach a workflow and review the result. If you want editing done for you, hire an editor — we can tell you what to look for.

Video podcast or audio?

Both work. The interview and format skills are identical; we'll adjust the production advice to whichever you're doing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contract, no minimum term. Access stays open until the end of the month you already paid for.

Want honest notes on an episode?

Twenty minutes on one episode, free, with the change that would help most.
