The programs, in detail

Four programs of 6 to 12 weeks, all built around episodes you actually publish.

Program 01 · A format you can sustain

Launch your show

Most shows are designed for an enthusiastic host with a free Saturday. We design yours for a busy Tuesday: a format with a realistic length, a clear promise to one specific listener, and the first three episodes recorded before you launch.

Weeks 1–2 · The listener

One person, specifically, and what they get from every episode.

Weeks 3–4 · The format

Length, structure and cadence you can sustain for a year.

Weeks 5–6 · Recording

Three episodes in the can before anything goes live.

Weeks 7–8 · Launch

Artwork, description, hosting setup and publishing.

Weeks 1–2 · Preparation

Research that finds an angle rather than a Wikipedia summary.

Weeks 3–4 · The follow-up

Abandoning your list when something better appears.

Weeks 5–6 · Silence and steering

Letting pauses sit, and rescuing a rambling answer.

Weeks 7–8 · Difficult guests

The over-prepared, the monosyllabic and the self-promoter.

Program 02 · Stop reading your questions

Interview skills

A good interview is mostly listening and one brave follow-up. We work on preparation that leaves room for surprises, the art of the second question, and being comfortable with silence — which is where guests say the interesting thing.

Program 03 · Good enough, fast

Sound & editing

Listeners forgive average content far more readily than bad audio. We fix recording first — mic technique, a quieter room, correct levels — then build an editing routine with a defined finish line, because editing perfectionism kills more shows than bad microphones.

Weeks 1–2 · Recording

Mic technique, levels and making a bad room sound better.

Weeks 3–4 · Editing

A repeatable workflow and what not to bother fixing.

Weeks 5–6 · Speed

Getting an episode from raw file to published in one session.

Weeks 1–3 · Findability

Titles, descriptions and search that actually matter.

Weeks 4–6 · Sharing

Clips and notes people forward to a friend.

Weeks 7–8 · The numbers

What your downloads really say about your audience.

Weeks 9–10 · Sponsors

A media kit with honest figures, and how to pitch it.

Program 04 · Beyond your friends

Audience & sponsors

Podcast growth is slow and mostly comes from other shows and word of mouth. We work on being findable, on the clips and show notes that travel, and on reading your analytics without lying to yourself. If sponsorship is the goal, we build an honest media kit — no inflated numbers.
